Insurance claim

I had an iphone 11 contract that was insured by adminPlus. When I was due for an upgrade I took Iphone 13 also insured it with adminPlus. I then called to cancel my iphone 11 insurance.

On the 26th of Jan 2024 I submitted a claim of my lost device (iphone13). But to my surprise my claim was declined because it was not insured. They canceled iphone 13 instead of iphone 11.

I have been calling and emailing both telkom and the insurance without any solution. When I do get intouch with them they keep on sending me back and forth.

I'm am so inconsistenced and disappointed at the same time. I have been paying my insurance for more than 4 years and this is my first claim.

I joined my insurance via telkom, canceled my iphone 11 via telkom but now I have to be the middle man when there's misunderstanding between them.

They keep on telling me to submit claim for and the supporting documents without any progress. Their communication is so bad
