I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with their service. How did get from a R1000-R1500 excess fee for a Samsung Note 9 bought in 2019 ( worth R15 000 to R20 000 then) Insured with Finrite Insurance to a R3000 access fee in 2023 with Admin Plus Insurance for a phone that was bought in 2019?A Samsung 22 Ultra would have been a great option however it was not even on the list provided. This is a reap off and ridiculous. While I am paying R300 insurance fee every month? In my opinion the offers does not match the standard of the phone that I bought. While I have been paying R250 for 4 years? I should have cancelled this **** a long time ago. Absolute nonsense.
