Insurance cancelled without notification

For as long as I have this insurance I have been calling every single month a day after my debit order date that was put in place for the 25th of each month that does not get debited. I called them 2 months back spoke to a consultant Tarryn who I have stressed the fact that my insurance was not debited an was told by her they can arrange a force debit an it shouldn’t be a problem following month again same thing an same consultant assisted me. I as the customer make hundred percent sure if my debit didn’t go off I call in only to be told my premiums are cancelled. Just last month I called in regarding my debits not going off they did a force debit the 4th August note I have 2 phones insured they only debited 1. I took my time my airtime in my working hours called in again to tell notify them that they have only debited for 1 device and then Tarryn answered an said to me it’s fine she will arranged a force debit in the conversation I’ve asked her is this going to happen every single month an her words to me was they have issues with Capitec but I shouldn’t worry when I call in they can arrange a force debit. They didn’t even pick up that I made payments I had to send bank statements ok so here’s the thing who pays for those bank statements I do if you guys haven’t done your job properly by making sure my forced debits for my premiums was paid I would’ve have had charges for statements. I’m putting this out there I will not stand for my insurance that I was told was automatically cancelled by the system knowing my money was taking the 4th an the 11th. So here is the thing all those months I have paid and now being told it’s cancelled no email regarding the cancellation no communication and only once I have called in then it was told to me. How many clients is being ********** paying for months an years of insurance an the company is gaining from it. I’m sorry I will not stand for this. They have requested bank statements again an who do they think needs to pay those charges again I will not let this go by I will fight this till the end.
