incorrect debt order

I am not impressed at all admin plus telkom insurance has been debating from my account amounts I did not agree on o different dates with different references. I need help the last debt was R1299 yet I'm supposed to pay R389 for insurance. I don't understand what's going on.

I want to take legal attention how can you debit an amount from my account I did not sign up for? on different date this is very suspicious. How on earth did my insurance end up being R1299 from R389? from this platform I'm going to report to ombudsman than speak to my attorneys I need answers ASAP.
