Impossible to contact them!

It's impossible to reach anyone via email or phone. I was told that an agent would call me to discuss my claim within 48 hours - that was a week ago. I called numerous times and my call went unanswered. When I finally got hold of someone, I was put on hold for over half an hour. When I called again, I was placed on hold again. I still have no answer as to the status of my claim or when I will get a replacement for my ****** phone.
