Impossible to Cancel Insurance

Via iStore Insure. Called the call centre on 24 April to cancel insurance as I was emigrating. They informed me I need to email the underwriting team with which I haven’t had a response from for 3+ weeks despite numerous follow ups. I’m probably going to be debited again next month because no one is getting back to me!!
