If you havent join them , please dont even think about it

I truly regret why i even considered joining this useless insurance. I submitted a claim 3 weeks ago and to date I haven't received any update from them , I do follow up via emails,calls and watsapps instead I get ignorance they do not respond at all .I wouldn't advise my family and friends to join them , they full of nonsense .Infact I don't care whether they replace my phone I am not interested all I want is my refund for all the premiums I have paid and cancel this nonsense
