I just need my money plz

Good day Admin plus I am writing to you as a very displeased client. At first the service I received was great as I claimed for my device and I received it as specified and within the time I had not expected as I thought I would wait longer.

I am due for a refund of R2000 which was paid upon claiming for a new device . I was told that my basic access is 4,5k however if I wanted the phone which they were proposing to give me which was a Samsung S24+ I would need to pay R6,5k. I paid R6,5K and then realized that I do not want the phone they were giving me and opted for a Samsung S23+ which was received which meant that I needed to pay R4,5k as a basic access fee .

Now I require my 2k back there's no assistance for the past 2months ,I have been the one doing follow ups , no one calls me nor updates me on the status or the progress of this matter , it was escalated to a leader in your Procurement department and when I called the call center yesterday (27/03/2024) to follow up ,their operator advised that there's no update on their systems which shows that my matter is being attended to. You will note that I have chosen to reserve the names of these individuals just for decency. I am in the dark about the status progress of this matter because no one in your call center seems to know how my query is tracking?

This money was taken from my investment account and it could be accumulating interest now but it's sitting with you and I don't know when I will receive it. Guys I just want my money and while you're at it...cancel my insurance. I have sent an email for the cancellation as advised by your consultants, I do not want to deal with this company in future.

I honestly did not want to go to this length however I see this might be the only way my matter will be resolved. I have waited for so long before coming to this platform.
