I feel ****med by Admin Plus Insurance

I lost my phone in December and when my claim was approved I paid the access fee, immediately after that they stopped replying to my emails and when I call to find out what might be causing the delay its either they don't answer or they make empty promises saying they will get back to me via email which is all a lie. I regret taking insurance with Telkom/Admin Plus because I have been phoneless for more than a month now.
