I feel ****** by Admin plus

24/05/2021 my claim was submitted to Admin plus which got approved on 03/06/2021. 06/06/2021 I paid in the requested excess fee and sent my proof of payment to Monique. I have been sending follow up email to her since then and haven’t got a aingle reply from her. I have been trying to call their number which I hold for close to a n hour everyday then I end up. I am unable to get hold of anyone in Admin plus and I have not received any feedback from the million emails that I have been sending. I am very much unhappy with the service and feel unconvinced as I need my new phone ASAP. Poor service from admin plus
