It's a pity I can't rate the Telkom insurance 0, I submitted my claim over two weeks ago with all the documents needed on the insurance website. The lady by the name of Pheliwe Mdingi keeps going back and forth with me every 4th or 5th day. As I'm checking my emails I realize she keeps asking for things I've submitted already and I just can't take it anymore. I regret taking that insurance that was offered to me when I took my contact. Its a ****! If you have any business with Telkom do not I repeat DO NOT TAKE THE INSURANCE offered, rather get the insurance from another institution.
