How long does it take admin plus to fix a minor crack

Ever since cellphone was dropped at Telkom in Alberton for repairs on the 16th of March 2022.

Its now 19th of April, Ive been sending requested documents to *** (ref 0***3) all I get is silence. Im thinking of buying a new phone now as it looks like the repairs might take decades
