I would definetly rate you below zero if I could, I have been paying my cellphone contract plus insurance I did everything required for a claim a day after I got ****** on the 21 April 2022 everytime when I call I am told there is nothing on my claim it still needs verification? definetly wont recommend telkom to anyone infact this should be the last time for me taking anything from you or maybe if I was white it would be treated with urgency because I have never seen such a poor service as a claims officer myself
