Horrible service with telkom insurance.

It’s been over a month since i lodged my claim. Admin plus keeps saying they have processed the payment but still nothing. I have been calling day in day out. The consultant that I speak to lie to me saying cash for replacement device has been processed till today there is nothing, the complaint manager said she was gonna investigate and get back to me till today there is still nothing. I didn’t know that the kind of service I will receive from telkom would be torturous like this. Claim no: 129749
