Horrible service!!! I will never recommed this thing to anyone

<p>I claimed one of my device in July 2016 and we came to an aggreement that my company will buy for me a new device and Admin Plus Insurance will pay my company. After everything I got an email say Admin Plus is cancelling my insurance. Late January 2017 I recieved an email from my company`s account department that they have not recieved the amount from my Insurance company. I sent an email to the consultant who was helping me and there was no reply after three days I called Admin Plus I spoke with receptionist and she told that the guy his no longer working there, so i asked her to put me through any manager who can assist me, but there was no answer I called again the lady put me through and the was no answer again for the third time i called she gave me the email address saying anyone who have email access at Admin Plus will recieve it including management. Then I sent an email on the address still no reply I sent another email on Monday 13 February 2017 I could see that one of them did open the email on my reading reciept and untill today no reply. Can somebody please help me</p>
