horrible service

Hello Peter

I have submitted a claim for a cellphone Huawei P30 lite with Telkom insurance, they advised that my phone is not repairable and offered a replacement of Huawei P Smart 2021 with an access fee of R500. I paid the access they requested but now the are not willing to deliver the phone they offered, they are now offering to give me a low budget device which i will not accept plus they want me to put another R400 for Huawei P Smart 2021 which I don't have. all this does not make sense.

I don't know what to do now but i will not pay the extra amount and will not accept the other phone that they are offering. This is a slap in the face and a crazy way of doing business.

This is totally different to what they are saying on their website and social media portals. Vusi Dhlamini
