HORRIBLE SERVICE

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE....Sent a claim 3 weeks ago for my cellphone and I am still waiting...Consultants just tell you that they cannot assist you and just drop. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life.
