Horrible service

Absolutely atrocious service. Logged a claim for my ****** iPhone and still have not received my device. Paid the excess and received no communication instead I am the one constantly calling and asking exactly what the problem is. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my entire life. Stay away from them if you value your peace of mind
