Horrible service

My iPhone 13 is insured with them, It is now lost and when I claim their excess is extremely high they saying it's R 4805 ,imagine 5k excess for a device. I called their call centre to query why the excess was too high I spoke to a lady by the name Wharda she could not explain it,she was unprofessional and rude throughout the call.She lacks call ethics.

I regret insuring my device with them with such bad service and ridiculous excess fee.
