HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible service, i have no idea what telkom was thinking working with these people. phones are never answered and if you lucky to get through they promise to call you back but they never do. its just sad that i pay for a phone that i lost and an insurance premium of an insurance that doesn't come through... im highly disappointed.
