Horrible service

I sincerely regret being insured by this company.I have been without a cellphone for over a month now. I've lost my client because that was my work cellphone, I can't communicate with them because I don't have a cellphone. I'm so fed up. I've sent emails they don't bother to respond. They do not provide any updates on claims. Their service is so bad and annoying at the same time.
