horrible insurance

A horrible insurance I have made a claim for weeks still not assisted, I have been calling and calling wasting my money. on top of that they are telling me to pay an excess fee of a crazy amount when I ask why the amount since in the contract is less than that, im not getting any replies this is so frustrating I cant wait to cancel this insurance. and this Lawrence guy doesnt assist with anything. claim Ref TLK133698
