HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

NOT EVEN WORTH ANY STAR.

Telkom insurance recently changed over to admin plus and i must say i am APPALLED by their service.

I have been sending a WHOLE 9 days emails requesting feedback on my ****** device. i mean i do pay insurance, and now something happened, its the first time i am claiming, i got a approved claim number but other than that i received NO FEEDBACK or any communication.

I have been sending emails to Justin, Claire, Ethel and Danlia, and i am not getting ANY ANY ANY feedback whatsoever.

on your website it states that you will replace the handset within 48 hours, hence here i am for almost 2 weeks....
