Horrible experience

Until now, I haven't made any previous claims. Currently, I'm interacting with an individual named Ebrahim from ISTOTRE INSURANCE. Unfortunately, my experience with him has led me to believe that he is extremely ***********. He consistently either places me on hold for extended periods or lie. It has been several weeks since CORE completed the repair work on my phone, and Ebrahim continues to claim that he sent all the necessary documents to the CORE Group. However, there has been no confirmation of receipt or communication from him. At this point, I am feeling frustrated and worn out since I still haven't received my phone back. I kindly request that you escalate this matter to his supervisors or managers.
