Horrible claims process

If I could give zero stars I would. My phone was ****** on the 4th on March, I went to the police station on the 5th and 6th of March to get a case and IEC. Input through my claim on the 6th of March and I've got no feedback till this day, I call everyday only to be told I'll get an email, but still yet I have no feedback from them no even email to say how much excess. Disappointed is an understatement. I'm putting through a formal complaint with the ombudsman
