Horrible claim process, waiting forever to get a device

I have logged a Claim in December 2022, for my ****** phone.

We are going to the third month right now, and I haven't gotten my phone

I spoke to an agent who asked for my information back in January and I provided it and she has since disappeared. And I get another agent, he asked for the same information, I provided.. And he also disappeared. This is getting frustrating, I am paying for this insurance and I have been paying for it for the past 4 years.. I am going to over 3 months now without a smart phone 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡
