Highly irate client!

I have been struggling with claiming for a ****** device since February. The last thing i received from Admin Plus was a claim ref number and no communication since then. I have been sending emails and calling since Monday! I will not settle for such mediocre service! I have not missed a payment! As if thats not enough, the *** number at their offices never goes through! My patience is running thin! I know exactly who is meant to be helping me and handling my claim..please don't make me name drop on this platform! You guys also sent me an sms that you will be moving me to Old Mutual from the 1st of May..with whose permission??Please, i want my device before this move!
