Good Service

I signed up with Admin Plus last year October and made a claim this year March after my phone was ******. My claim got approved after all admin was complete, and due to lack of knowledge I delayed with paying the access fee and the claim suspended due to time passed, but I called and enquired and was given an email "***" to send an email for reactivating the claim and an agent will contact me in 24 to 48Hrs. I sent the email and Sibongiseni Qwesha came back to me with a call within 2Hours to let me know my claim is now active and a handler will contact me telephonically soon. Glad for the swift and good service, hopefully the handler has a similar service when they contact me :)
