Galaxy Zflip came back from repairs in a worse state

i took my phone for repairs which it came back in a worse state. they first said due to me claiming with 12 month i have to pay 8000, who has that money laying around. they brought back my phone in a worse state and not even closed properly by the repair center, my phone is a galaxy Zflip. makes me wonder if it was fixed properly the first time around. now i must be stuck with a phone that is not working but still pay thousands of rands till end of this contract which only end in a year's time. my loss i guess. i can't even trade it in, in this condition
