False advertising

<p>I lost my phone on Sunday night, I reported it on Monday and by Tuesday morning I sent through all the documents required. I have not even got any form of feedback from Admin Pkus and yet on their website they claim that they will replace the phone in 48 hours. This is false advertising and misleading to the customers. 3days later I am sto</p> <p>l waiting for some kind of feedback. What kind of service is this?</p>
