Expensive and inconsiderate!

I had a Samsung S22+, signed insurance and was told my excess fee upon a claim would be 10% the value of my phone. Being a religious payer and not skipping a month, unfortunately my time has come to claim for losing my device and I'm now told my excess fee has increased to 15%! Something of which I was not informed! I was told emails were sent but I haven't received anything, suddenly after speaking to the manager Lee yesterday, I got his email "proving" to me that I was informed, however nothing was ever received on my emails or smses and I am now just forced to pay this 15% excess fee! I will never recommend Admin Plus to anyone, they are ridiculous with their charges, even their monthly installments are pricey!
