ENQUERY ON AN SUSPENDED CLAIM

I have a pending claim, since from 2022. Whenever I called for assistance, I am being sent there and there, seemingly no one knows, what is happening at Admin Plus, even worse the call centre agents have been providing with false or incorrect email addresses intentionally for me to send my concerns to, this look like a delay tactic, because no one has contacted me yet, since I have started sending these emails in February 2022.
