Appalled by the service received the past few weeks but what did I expect they are part of Telkom so it's no shock there. No one from both companies cares that I don't have a phone which I full pay insurance for monthly. ****EN RETARDED IDIOTS I must say. I'm worried about the CEO because this explains why people no longer want to use Telkom. The whole lot is useless. Now I'm suffering because Finrite didn't bother cancelling the policy of the first phone. Such bad luck though.
