Dissapointed ! Pathetic Service

To be calling for more that a week and told that my order was put through and i should wait for 5-7 working days, Waited all that, and when i call again today im told that my order was not put though while they were so quick to request me to pay an excess which I paid immediately. The stress of paying your insurance everymonth on time, and when its time for them to delivey its a hussle. Oh WOW!
