"Kindly note the last communication sent to you on the 06/12/2023The device is currently awaiting spares.Normal turn around time is 10 business days if there are no delays on spares." I received this email from vincent fisher. I've been waiting since last month, please tell me what u did to my phone. Im paying installments and insurance for a phone you keeping to yourself
