I am tired of how you guys, telkom and finrite administrators are so unprofessional, and it looks like you people are working together to **** us. I placed a claim with finrite administrators after months of waiting for a claim, they inform me they do not administer telkom claims, they are administered by admin plus I have been without a device for 10 months yet I am paying for the device and the device insurance. I am so agitated with you people. because it seems like you enjoy ******** people their monies. I regret taking up a contract with telkom, I've been to a telkom store to get assistance but no one seemed interested but when I took up the contract they were keen to advice me to take up the device insurance. your people service is disgusting so now I should stay the whole year without a device while I am paying for it.
