Disattisfactory Service

As per my claim ref 51518. My claim was apparently approved however its been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting a replacement device of which I am still being billed for. With each day I call the contact center and it's always experiencing a high call volume. Soon as I get that replacement device I will be canceling this insurance
