Disappointed and angry client

Worst insurance I have ever used, I lost my fone last year 2020 December. I put my claim with everything I was asked to submit was told to contact a Monique who doesn't communicate either by fone or email. She ignores my emails en they choose the type of fone I will get as a client. I have never felt to defeated with a insurance am using my hard earned money to pay but not getting assistant. They are very useless. Every month they deduct money from my account but can't even give me any service to assist me. Am really disappointed
