Disappointed.

I submitted a claim of Huawei P20 and they approved but they said I must pay an excess amount of R2800 of which I think that amount is too ridiculous and they said I'm gonna have to take Huawei P30 lite of which I think it's a downgrade from what I was using,they don't even take phone calls,if they put me on hold until I ran out of airtime,not once. I'm so tired and disappointed in this insurance!
