DELAYED CLAIM - NOT HAPPY!

Bad service from Admin Plus, i am so not happy with the service i am receiving from this insurance company, i registered a claim on the 20 December 2019 and up to today my phone has not been repaired and when i call the no one seems to know if my phone is repaired or not, firstly the consultant that was assigned to deal with my claim took a long time to pick up my phone from my work place, she kept on asking me for the same information adding a delaying to my process and now the phone is not being repaired and no one seems to know the status of my repair, i am so not happy with the service delivery that i was given by this company, i just lost my mother i have a lot of pending claims that i being delayed because they can't get hold of me.
