Courrier said they came to my address to deliver my phone but they didn't.

It been 2weeks now waiting for my phone that I've claim.when I do follow up from admin+ they send me screen short that courrier company came and I've said I didn't order anything,of which that is falls, courrier didn't come at all ,and where I stay you have to phone and request code in order to come in,but they didn't call me for code .now at Adminplus they ask me for Telkom branch with is close to me,I told them ,they asked me to go on that branch and ask for name of the manager and address of the store so that courrier will send it to that branch,I did that.so if I ask how am I going to know when courrier delivered my for on that branch? A lady by the name Nasiphi adviced me to go to that branch and ask for managers cell number again so that I will phone and check on him if they have delivered my phone.when I ask this lady to give me courrier guys contacts details she refused.
