Contract cellphone device.

If you want to insure your Cellphone device do not use Telkom Admin Plus they are the most useless handset device insurer ever. I lost my device 2 weeks ago and I claimed everything was approved and I paid the excess fee amount of R2780 and I havent received my device but on their website they say wrong number of waiting days for the claim. Worse part they do not make any communication you must bother them by calls and you have to wait for a good 20 minutes until you are attended to. Please be warned!!!
