Consultant is just as bad as the company.

Telkom is known for the worst insurance companies to deal with. First it was Finrite that I had to deal with and now Admin Plus. You never get any feedback. I spoke to a lady by the name of Taz. She literally dropped the call onto my ear when I needed feedback on my claim. This is total bull****. Someone needs to get that Taz lady a warning. She cannot handle customers. We pay for this service and we do not suck this money of our thumbs.
