I submitted claim for phone damages end of April 24, to date claim has not be finalized. I was asked to pay excess fee of R2600 to proceed with claim two weeks ago and since then nothing happened. When I followed up I am told claim is under review, and later told they are waiting for a quote from repairs again story changes to under review. This sounds like a ****, what has Telkom Insurance turned into !!!! My money is gone and my phone gone both by Telkom insurance
