Complaint on service

I am not happy with service I got with admin plus insurance they saying my Telkom Sim card was not on slot 1 so the can not pay me then I requested for proof af what the saying, the information they giving me for imei number is no corresponding to what I gave them so really I don't understand what is happening and they not giving me information on time I have to phone every time I want to know what going on.
