Complain

I have logged a claim for my cellphone that is lost with admin plus in august to date the claim is not finalized. At first I was told the policy was not active and was asked to send statement/invoice and after 3 weeks I was told the underwriter has not confirmed the policy. The senior claims consultant by the name of Justin Barends send me an email that he will phone 2 days later having not received any call from him I phoned and he was apparently busy with my claim and promised to phone me in 10 minutes as at 27-09-2021 he hasn’t called me. I decided to phone him on the 27-09-2021 and was not available. I was then transferred to the claims department where a consultant said they are still busy with the claim. This is really surprising because according to their service standards the claim takes 3-5 working days to be finalized however in my case it is way over 5days it’s almost a month.
