Claiming my phone from Telkom Adminplus Insurance

Good Day

I need some help, i lost my phone 17 to 18 February and i did affidavit and all the stuff that needed when to claim to the insurance it about 5 to 6 weeks now they do not reply to email

Becouse they've been telling me my claim it not successful i must summit a proper documents and i did that again and email them which is Hanny from email and now they do not rep**** to me any more which is i do not have cellphone any more coz where im working they need me to have cellphone so please help me thire Sarvice is very poor
