Claim horror

I'm not sure where this company comes from but for Telkom to rely on them is the worst decision ever! I lost my phone 22/11/2020 and lodged a claim 25/11/2020 and I'm still waiting. my phone is under my husband's name and when you call you wait for forever then by some luck when you get through, they tell you, you need to claim on their website, when you've done that, they want this and that, its just not ending. its almost 3 weeks now not having a phone. 48 hours is not understood in this company. Worst service ever shame
