if there was no star at all that would be applicable for this company, I logged a claim 14 April 2021 - paid requested access on the 21st of April, was informed after paying access - repairs should be done between 3-4 days - still today it was never attended to, I have emailed the proof of payment to *** on the day of making payment - to my surprise when I called yesterday, my claim was never attended to, a full month without my mobile device yet I never miss a payment..
