CELLPHONE INSURANCE ***

I am insured with Admin Plus (formely known as FINRITE) for the past four year my premiuns are up to date but I am vert dissappointed with the level of servicei submitted a claim on 02.03.2021 FOR A CELLPHONE BUT THEY ONLY STARTED WORKING ON IT ON 18.03.2021 even now they are not certain as to when they will finalise my claim. They cant even provide a specific contact number for me to make follow ups on the progress. Admin plus is really failling me but been a loyal customer for many years.
